MVMTA - An Organization to Serve Piano Teachers

MVMTA is a group of piano teachers in the Mankato, Minnesota area who are always trying to improve the quality of our teaching.  We are an informal and friendly group and invite all piano teachers to join us.

Need ways to motivate students to practice?
Have a question on a technique problem?
Need help finding just the right music?
Want more ideas about how to run and organize your lessons or business?  These and many other subjects are presented in our monthly meetings.

You can get lots of ideas from the group, as well as sharing your own ideas.  Whether you are a new teacher or come with 50 years' experience, our group is here for you!
